COURSE REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The purpose of this policy is to establish specific criteria, controls, and notification methods for the process to be used when registration and cancellation of class registrations for any training class offered by Encobridge, Inc. (Encobridge). The policy will also outline the rules covering the time frame for registration and cancellation, the penalties involved when the time frame for registration or cancellation is not met and defines acceptable reasons for failure to comply with this policy. 

 POLICY

 Registration/Enrollment:

Before requesting a refund, cancellation, or substitution weigh your priorities and options. And know that if you’ll be taking the classes later, you can save money by changing your test date (reschedule) instead of canceling your registration and registering a second time.

Registration Confirmation:

At least two days in advance of the class you will receive an email registration confirmation to the address listed on the online Registration Form. If Training is Cancelled or Rescheduled by Encobridge, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance.

 Cancellation Deadline:

You may withdraw from a course up to three (3) days before the start date. To do this, you must drop the class by emailing training@encobridge.net before the deadline. We encourage substitutions if you cannot attend a class. Refunds request for payments made by credit card will be issue, less $50.00 administrative fee.

Registration cancellations received after the cancellation deadline will not be honored and your Credit Card will be charged the full tuition rate for the training session. Additionally, if you withdraw during the training, your training history will reflect "Incomplete" and your Credit Card will be charged the full tuition amount.

Reschedule:

You may also submit a reschedule request to training@encobridge.net  up to three (3) days before the start date without cost if another session is available. Any requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed and your Credit Card will be charged the full tuition amount.

Substitutions:

Requests to substitute or transfer your registration must be submitted by emailing training@encobridge.net  two (2) days before the start date. Request for substitutions or transfers will be approved.  All substitutions and transfers are subject to an administrative fee of $50.00, PLUS any additional registration fee due to differences in the card processing, networking communications, and administrative fee.

 Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

A. Encobridge, understands that unexpected events can happen to registrants which results in their inability to attend an Encobridge’s training class. Encobridge outlines some of those events below:

a. Unexpected illness of a member of the registrant’s immediate family which results in a hospitalization.

b. Death of a member of the registrant’s immediate family member.

B. The decision as to whether or not the unexpected event warrants a waiver of this policy shall be at the sole discretion of the Training Director of Encobridge. That decision will be communicated to the registrant via email. training@encobridge.net or encobridge@gmail.com

 Acknowledgment of Receipt of Policy and Procedures for the Registration and Cancellation of Training Classes Offered by Encobridge, Inc.

 A copy of this policy has been given to me to review. I agree to familiarize myself with its contents and to comply with all of the information and requirements that have been provided. I have received the Policy and Procedures for the Registration and Cancellation of Training Classes and I understand that it is my responsibility to read and comply with the procedures and requirements contained this Policy.
