Encobridge is thrilled to offer the Final Estimates Level 2 Certification Program. This course equips professionals with advanced skills in managing and finalizing payment documentation for construction projects as per contract specifications and the Construction Project Administration Manual (CPAM).

• Full Course and Examination: $575 Check Schedule
• Examination Only: $250 Register for Examination

Qualification Prerequisites:

Participants must hold an FE Level 1 certification to enroll in this course. The comprehensive curriculum is designed to build on the foundational knowledge acquired in Level 1.

Program Goals:

This course aims to develop proficient estimators who can efficiently compile, verify, and submit essential documentation for both progress and final payments, ensuring compliance with all relevant contract documents and CPAM guidelines.

Course Duration:

The course spans two days with a multiple-choice exam scheduled at the conclusion of the second day. Participants will have two hours to complete the exam, and a minimum passing score of 70% is required.

• Format: Closed-book, written multiple-choice exam administered by Encobridge.
