Encobridge provides a wide range of services including Engineering/Infrastructure Construction Consulting Services, Civil Engineering Design Services, and Engineering Construction Management. 

The related services involve design, preparation of construction documents and administration of construction contracts for all types of Civil Engineering projects which includes; Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewage systems, Highways and Roadways, Storm Drainage, Claim Analysis and inspecting typical infrastructure projects (CEI Services).

We provide a wide range of services including Construction Training Programs,  Constructability Reviews, Heavy Civil Estimating, and Construction Approach/Logistics Analysis.

Encobridge offers an array of customized training that is bridging the skills gap with comprehensive training and solid knowledge about the best practices of the construction of infrastructure projects.

Encobridge’s Training services are divided in three categories:

  • Continuing Education (State of Florida & Miami Dade County)
  • Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT-CTQP & MOT)
  • Engineering Construction Training.

CTQP QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Asphalt Paving Level 1

  1. Pass written exam 
  2. Pass proficiency exam

 

Asphalt Paving Level 2

  1. Pass written exam
  2. Possess an active Asphalt Paving level 1 at the time of taking the exam
  3. 90 days of asphalt paving work experience

Asphalt Plant Level 1

  1. Pass written exam
  2. Pass proficiency exam

Asphalt Plant Level 2

  1. Pass written exam
  2. Possess an active Asphalt Plant level 1 at the time of taking the exam
  3. 90 days of asphalt plant work experience

Asphalt Mix Designer

  1. Pass written exam
  2. Possess an active Asphalt Plant level 1 at the time of taking the exam
  3. 90 days of asphalt plant work experience

Concrete Field Technician Level 1

  1. ACI certification – Concrete Field-Testing Tech grade 1
  2. Pass FDOT Concrete Field Inspector Specification written exam

 

Concrete Field Technician Level 2

  1. ACI certification – Concrete Field-Testing Tech grade
  2. ACI certification – Concrete Transportation Construction Inspector
  3. Pass FDOT Concrete Field Inspector Specification exam
Concrete Batch Plant Operator
  1. Pass the Concrete Batch Plant Operator written exam
  2. 90 days of batch plant work experience

Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 1

  1. Pass ECI level 1 written exam
  2. Pass ECI level 1 proficiency exam
  3. Possess a valid Nuclear Radiation Safety Certificate

Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 2

  1. Possess ECI level 1 qualification
  2. Pass ECI level 2 written exam
  3. 30 days of earthwork experience

Pile Driving Inspection

  1. Pass PDI written exam
  2. Obtain on-site experience

Drilled Shaft Inspection

  1. Pass DSI written exam
  2. Pass DSI proficiency exam
  3. Obtain onsite experience

Auger Cast Pile Inspection

  1. Pass the ACPI written exam
  2. Obtain on-site experience

Quality Control Manager

A) Pass QC Manager written exam

B) Possess at least one of the following level 2 qualifications

  1. Asphalt Paving Level 2
  2. Asphalt Plant Level 2
  3. Concrete Field Technician Level 2
  4. Concrete Lab Technician Level 2
  5. ECI Level 2

Final Estimates Level 1

  1. Pass FE level 1 written exam

Final Estimates Level 2

  1. Pass FE level 2 written exam
  2. Possess an active FE Level 1 qualification at the time of taking the exam
