To be eligible for the Final Estimates Level 2, candidates must first achieve the Final Estimates Level 1 certification. New applicants must attend a two-day training course accredited by FDOT for Final Estimates Level 2. This training concludes with a multiple-choice test on the second day.

New Trainee ID (TIN) Required for CTQP Exams Effective September 1, 2025 Effective September 1, 2025, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is implementing a new process for all Construction Training and Qualification Program (CTQP) exam applications. To improve the accuracy of our records and prevent the creation of duplicate accounts, all technicians will be required to use a permanent CTQP Trainee ID (TIN) to register for exams.

Examination Details:

FE-Level 2 includes all personnel responsible for producing progress and final payments and/or compiling final estimates documentation in accordance with the CPAM and the Review and Administration Manual (RAM)

Format: Closed-book, written multiple-choice exam administered by Encobridge.
Duration: 2 hours maximum.
